Ladies and Gents,
We are on the road to Chapters at Liberty High School.Here is the Schedule:
· Call time for Rehearsal 9 am
· Lunch 12:30 pm
· Departure: 130 pm
· Show starts at 3:30 pm
· We perform at 3:58 pm
· Awards at 8:00pm
· Arrival back to school around 9 pm
I also am getting worried, that while I send out emails, many parents are still confused on our operations. Please feel free to email if my emails are not sufficient in information and or you have any questions.
Also, if you go to the website, www.lionsmusic.org, and sign up to be on the notification list, the website will automatically email you when I change the schedule. This way, in case your student forgets to say something... you have the information. I update the calendar often and as I tell the students during dismissal, it is perfectly fine to have parents watch our run thrus and stay for dismissal since I know how tired teenagers will be in the communication levels.
